Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier to request a return. You must contact us within that 30‑day window to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If your item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover the return shipping and refund you in full. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If we confirm the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll offer you a replacement, store credit, or a full refund (including original shipping) at your choice, where available.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:

- Final sale items (clearly marked ‘Final Sale’ at checkout),
- Gift cards, and
- Worn, washed, or damaged items, or items missing tags or original packaging.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Backorders
- Backorder items can have longer lead times. They’re still covered by your 30‑day return policy from delivery; and, if we can't ship when promised, you’ll email to confirm a new date or cancel and refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non‑refundable, except where the item was defective/wrong item.
We may issue a partial refund or no refund for:

- Signs of wear or washing,
- Odors (smoke/perfume),
- Missing tags or packaging.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Returns must be sent from within the United States. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@servnt.com.
