servnt Clothing – Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how we handle processing, shipping, and delivery of orders placed on servnt.com (the "Site"). As of now, customers are responsible for covering shipping costs, which are calculated and displayed at checkout. We hope to offer free shipping on more orders in the future—thank you for supporting a small business. :)


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or new drops, processing times may be longer. If we experience a material delay, we’ll post an update on the Site or contact you by email where possible.


2. Shipping Methods and Rates

We currently ship to: United States only.

Shipping options may include:

  • Standard Shipping – estimated delivery 5-8 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping – estimated delivery 1-3 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location, shipping method, and order weight/size.


3. Preorders and Backorders

From time to time, certain items may be offered as preorders or may be placed on backorder.

  • Product pages will indicate when an item is a preorder or backorder and will include an estimated ship date or timeframe.
  • Estimated dates are not guaranteed and may change due to production or carrier issues.
  • If we cannot ship a preorder/backorder item within the time stated at checkout, or within 30 days if no time is stated, we will contact you with:
    • a new estimated shipping date and instructions on how to consent to the delay, or
    • the option to cancel for a full refund.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available for your selected shipping method).
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your tracking number.

4. Delivery Estimates

  • Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
  • Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak volumes, or other factors beyond our control.

Under U.S. law, including the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435), we are required to have a reasonable basis to believe we can ship within the time we state or, if no time is stated, within 30 days. If we are unable to ship within that time, we will notify you and give you the choice to accept a revised shipping date or receive a refund.


5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages

Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable:
    • We will contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply); or
    • We may offer a refund minus original shipping costs, provided the items are in resellable condition.

If you realize you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible at support@servnt.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed, but we will try to help if the order has not yet shipped.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order appears lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  1. Keep all original packaging and items;
  2. Contact the carrier using your tracking number; and
  3. Email us at support@servnt.com with your order number and, for damage, clear photos of the packaging and item.

We will work with you and the carrier to attempt to locate the package or process a replacement or refund consistent with our Refund & Return Policy and carrier rules. Please note that risk of loss passes to you once the carrier marks the package as accepted; however, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in resolving shipping issues with the carrier.


8. Changes to This Shipping Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on the Site with an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
